Most care software is built a long way from the care round. It’s designed in product workshops, sold by account managers, and priced per carer — as if having enough staff were something to be penalised for.
We took a different route. Our family has lived both sides of this: years spent delivering and managing care, and years spent building enterprise software. When we sat those two experiences next to each other, the gap was obvious. Care teams don’t need more features — they need the right screens at the right moment: the medication round laid out as a worklist with a finish line, a handover that writes itself from the day’s records, an audit trail that just happens instead of being a job.

Built for the independent
The big vendors design, price and support for corporate groups: procurement cycles, per-carer licences, IT departments to do the rollout. The independent 12-bed home gets the same contract with none of the leverage. We flipped it — every screen, every price decision and every support channel is designed for the owner-managed home where the person signing the contract might also be doing tonight’s medication round.
Small is a feature
Because we’re small, nimble and agile:
- You talk to the people who build the product. No ticket queues routed offshore, no “I’ll raise that with the product team”. If a Welsh care manager tells us the CIW terminology is wrong on a screen, it’s fixed that week.
- The roadmap is yours. Our early adopters directly shape what gets built next.
- We understand Wales. CIW, not just CQC. RISCA, the Welsh-language active offer, local authority funding realities in the Valleys. National vendors write their compliance content for England; we live here.
What it costs
From £10 per service user per month, and it drops as you grow — £10 up to 20 residents, £8.50 for 21–40, £7 for 41+. Staff accounts are free — always, and unlimited. No setup fees, no modules. A 20-bed home pays £200 a month; a 40-bed home £340 — everything included.
And right now, we’re looking for early adopters who pay nothing for six months — in exchange for honest feedback and the chance to shape the product around your home.
