eMAR that thinks like a care round — not a spreadsheet

In short: Our eMAR presents the whole home’s medication round and repositioning schedule as a single worklist for the day — still to do, later today, PRN, done — with one-tap recording, witness sign-off for controlled drugs, and automatic flagging of refused or missed doses. From £10 per resident per month (less as you grow), staff accounts free.

Most eMAR products digitise the paper MAR chart: one grid per resident, one signature per box. That’s fine for evidencing what happened — but it doesn’t help the carer standing in the corridor at 8am work out what still needs doing.

We built the round the way carers actually run it.

What’s different about our electronic MAR

• One screen for the whole round. Every resident, every dose due today, derived automatically from each prescription’s schedule — plus their repositioning (turn) slots folded into the same card. Two charts, one round.
• A visible finish line. Each card shows “N of M recorded”; the page header shows what’s still to do across the home. When it says “everything recorded”, the round is done — no hunting through grids.
• Exceptions surface themselves. Refused, missed or unavailable doses are flagged in real time with a reason captured, and flow straight through to the shift handover and compliance views.
• Controlled drugs done properly. Optional witness counter-signature on any administration.
• Recorded where you stand. Due, overdue and missed slots carry a big, finger-sized Record button that works one-handed on a phone.
