- From £10 per service user, per month — and it drops as you grow: £10 up to 20 residents, £8.50 for 21–40, £7 for 41 or more. The lower rate applies to every resident, not just the ones over the line. That’s the entire price list.
- Staff accounts free and unlimited — carers, nurses, agency staff, the whole team.
- Everything included: eMAR and turn charts, care plans, risk assessments with NEWS2, incidents and safeguarding workflow, compliance dashboard, shift handover, family portal, document management, audit trail, GDPR export.
- No setup fee. Rolling monthly. Your data exports freely if you ever leave.
- A 20-bed home: £200/month. A 40-bed home: £340/month (the £8.50 rate — not £400). Done.
Why we can price like this
We’re a small family business in South Wales, not a sales organisation. No account managers, no commissions, no office towers — the price funds engineers and support people who know the product because they built it.
It also gets cheaper as your home grows, and that’s deliberate. A larger home costs us proportionally less to run per resident — one setup, the same product, more people on it — so instead of charging more for scale the way per-carer licences do, we hand that saving back: £8.50 a resident past 20, £7 past 40.
Pricing this way is a deliberate choice about who we serve: small independent care homes, nursing homes and care practices. The corporate groups can absorb per-carer licences and five-figure onboarding. A 15-bed independent can’t — and shouldn’t have to. Care technology shouldn’t be a privilege of the big.
Free for six months for early adopters
We’re onboarding a limited number of Welsh and UK homes as early adopters: six months completely free, personal onboarding, and a direct say in the roadmap. When the six months end, it’s from £10 a resident — less the bigger your home — or walk away with your data, no hard feelings.
